Shipping Questions
| How long will it take to receive my order? |
Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of order processing. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 3 - 5 days. If you need your package to be shipped faster, please contact us. |
| Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box? |
The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address we will ship Via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail. We also deliver to A.P.O'S & F.P.O'S. Please contact us and let us know if you need to ship your package to P.O.Box, we will be happy to accommodate your needs. |
| Can I ship my order to a different address? |
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, you will find a column for shipping to another address. |
| How are shipping charges calculated? |
Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination. Standard UPS shipping rates are applied. |
Return policy questions
| What if I want to return my purchase? |
Exchanges and refunds may be requested up to 30 days from the purchase date. 15% restocking fee is applied on returns within 30 days, no restocking fee on exchanges. Refunds, exchanges and returns do not include shipping & handling charges. Proof of purchase and full payment will be required in order to process any returned product. |
| Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, the wrong size or I just don't want it? |
If you received your order damaged or defective, or a mistake was made by us by shipping the wrong item, you can send the purchase back to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date. If a mistake was made by you while placing the order, we will exchange your order within 30 days; shipping is not included. Refunds may be requested up to 30 days from the purchase date. 15% restocking fee is applied on all returns Refunds do not include shipping & handling charges. Warranty questions
| What is your warranty on herbal packs? |
We provide one full year warranty on all products. We will replace any product suffering from a manufacturer defect. Defected products must be returned for our inspection. Product replacement is subject to inspection result. Warranty does not include overheated products or any product that were used not according to the instructions on the product’s label. |

We provide 30 day warranty on all products. We will replace any product suffering from a manufacturer defect. Defected products must be returned for our inspection. Product replacement is subject to inspection result. Warranty does not include any product that were used not according to the instructions on the product’s label. |

| Can I cancel my order? |
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. |
| I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take? |
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. |
| What happens if the item I ordered is not available? |
We usually have everything in stock at all times. However in the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone and not charge your card before actual ship date. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. |

| Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase? |
State sales tax is applied to an item if we conduct business in the shipping address state. |
